Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns or Refunds
We currently do not accept international returns as the shipping costs is too high. Please coordinate with us. Refunds are only given after intensive investigation or before orders are processed, so kindly show us evidence. BUYERS REMORSE OR CHANGE OF MIND WHEN THE ORDER IS ALREADY PROCESSING IS NOT A VALID EXCUSE FOR REFUND.
