For replacements:

We only handle shipping for smaller items, and only for ONE TIME. If your replacement order is still "bent" or damaged, it is out of our control and we DO NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FROM THE COURIER'S MISHANDLING. We try our best to package it as well as we could while being sustainable.

In general WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY COURIER MISHANDLING.
